Get in contact with a selection of the above (mainly the first three) and ask their terms:

• how much they pay per record (the shop price will be at least x 2)
• who pays the postage to get the records from you to them (Cargo pay, not sure about the others)
• when they pay you (it's usually sale or return. Every so often you contact them for sales figures and invoice them for those records sold)

It can be disheartening when they don't seem that interested in your record but keep trying! The disrtibutor can offer some advertising if you ask. I've been told that even a slot on the strip ads in the NME that Cargo often have cost about £150 but don't quote me on that.
